Voo's Seafood Chowder
Clams, oysters, shrimp, scallops, cod or haddock, mussels, crab, lobster, salt pork, onion, potato, corn, garlic,
2 cups milk, 2 cups cream, broth from seafood,
2 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, 1 heaping teaspoon dill, 2 sprigs parsley
Fry diced salt pork til crisp, sauté onions and garlic, drain grease; stir in flour and seasonings; add diced potato, corn, and white fish; simmer in broth 1 hour; add precooked seafood, milk, and cream; simmer til ready to serve. DO NOT BOIL.
